c) You’re able to change the dates of the webinar / online course you’ve purchased in accordance with our Schedule of Training (https://across.global/schedule-of-training) at any time up to 48 hours prior to the start of the webinar / online course and assuming there is availability on your new, selected date.
d) You will receive your Training Certificate via e-mail within one calendar week (7 days) after the end of the webinar / online course you’ve attended.
