• 1996 – 2000: Started at Siemens Healthineers in Marburg, held project managing responsibilities for software projects
• 2001 -2013: Managing Director, COO at Activaero, a pulmonary drug delivery specialist. Built-up organization from Start-Up to a specialty pharma company in the field of severe lung diseases.
• 2015: Founded Activoris, a specialist CDMO for inhaled and injectable drug delivery platforms and services for CTM handling.

Author of a number of scientific articles, public speaker.
